If you subscribed to Subpilot through Apple's App Store or Google Play, we're not able to delete your data directly — that information is stored and managed by Apple or Google. To fully close out your account, you'll need to cancel your subscription through the store you subscribed with.
Important to know
If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple manages all billing history and payment data for App Store subscriptions — Subpilot cannot access, edit, or delete this on your behalf. For questions about your Apple billing data, contact Apple Support.
If you subscribed through the Google Play, Google manages all billing history and payment data for Play Store subscriptions — Subpilot cannot access, edit, or delete this on your behalf. For questions about your Google Play billing data, contact Google Play Support.
After the 7-day grace period expires, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and the data deletion process will begin.
Cancelling your subscription through the App Store or Google Play stops future billing, but it does not delete your Subpilot account or in-app data.
Likewise, deleting your Subpilot account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — you must cancel it separately through the relevant store, or you may continue to be charged.
If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact us at support@subpilot.tech or by submitting a ticket at the Support Center.
